HVAC Technician / Installer (All genders)

Your mission

We are looking for an HVAC Technician (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will install, set up, and commission air-conditioning systems for our projects at our Bingen location. You will also service, maintain, and repair existing systems both in Germany and abroad, helping ensure reliable operation at customer sites. As part of our project teams, you will work independently and provide customer-focused solutions in a varied and hands-on technical environment.

Installation
  • Install air-conditioning and ventilation systems for our customer projects
  • Run and connect refrigerant, condensate, and electrical lines
  • Complete the electrical connection of HVAC units and control systems
  • Perform leak tests and functional checks
  • Commission HVAC and refrigeration systems and show customers how to operate them
Service and Maintenance
  • Inspect, maintain, and service HVAC and refrigeration systems in Germany and abroad
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic components
  • Replace worn or defective parts
  • Carry out on-site repairs at customer locations in Germany and abroad
  • Document all completed work in service reports
Customer Support
  • Provide customers with technical advice and guidance
  • Help optimise existing systems
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and reliable service

Your profile

  • You have completed vocational training in refrigeration mechatronics, refrigeration systems, HVAC and plumbing systems, electronics, or a comparable technical field
  • We also welcome candidates from related technical backgrounds, such as electrical technicians with additional HVAC or refrigeration training and a refrigerant handling certificate
  • You have strong written and spoken German. English skills are desirable
  • You enjoy working as part of a team on exciting international projects
  • Experience with air-conditioning, refrigeration, or ventilation systems is a plus
  • You are comfortable reading wiring diagrams and technical drawings
  • You work independently and take an organised, structured approach
  • You have a strong customer and service mindset
  • You are open to occasional travel for installation and service assignments, both within Germany and internationally
  • You have a valid Class B driver’s licence
