Broadcast Solutions is one of Europe’s largest system integrators for broadcast, media, and communications infrastructures. Through our GovCom division, we develop and implement high-availability communications solutions for government agencies, security organizations, and other security-critical users. From modern control centers to radio and network infrastructures to mobile communications systems, we support our customers from planning through to operation.

Your Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and commission communication and network systems at our customers’ sites
  • Perform maintenance, service, and repair work on wireless, IP, and communication systems
  • Analyze technical malfunctions and ensure rapid and sustainable troubleshooting
  • Support our project teams in the technical implementation of challenging customer projects
  • Conduct system tests, acceptance testing, and prepare technical documentation
  • Support customers through on-site service calls and via remote access
  • Work closely with our engineering, project management, and support teams
  • Assist with the technical preparation of demonstrations, POCs, and customer training sessions
  • Ensure that our solutions meet our customers’ high standards for availability, security, and reliability

Your profile

  • Completed technical training in telecommunications, information technology, electrical engineering, radio/wireless technology, or a comparable qualification
  • Alternatively, professional experience in communications, wireless, networking, or security technology
  • Strong knowledge of IP networks, routing, switching, and modern communications systems
  • Experience with wireless, control center, or security-critical communications solutions is a plus
  • Analytical and structured approach to work
  • Enjoyment of troubleshooting and solving technical problems
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Class B driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel
  • Clean criminal record (proof required)
