Your mission

For our headquarters in Bingen am Rhein, we are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel with specialization in contract law to join our team as soon as possible. In this associate-level role reporting directly to senior management, you will be our go-to expert for all contract-related legal matters.

Draft, review and negotiate domestic and international contracts with a focus on supply, project and service agreements
Advise business units on all contract-related legal matters
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Handle legal topics around product liability
Identify and assess legal risks, and develop practical, business-minded solutions
Coordinate with external law firms and international partners

Your profile

Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) or degree in business law (or equivalent)
Several years of relevant experience in-house or at a commercial law firm
Strong expertise in domestic and international contract law
Hands-on experience in product liability, compliance and data protection
Fluent in both German and English, with strong negotiation skills in each
A structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic working style
Ability to work independently and act as a trusted sparring partner to management and business teams
